I'm waiting for the rest of my friends to start posting con reports regarding Readercon, but for the time being, you can read Matt Kressel's.
Also, a big hello to everyone visiting this blog because of the press release that went out to a ton of places this morning! Welcome!
And finally, I'm in the market for a NYC-area journalist. You've got to have some good journalism credentials, be able to regularly visit NYC for research and interviews, and be capable of writing a book. Feel free to send me resumes/proposals/writing samples to firstname.lastname@example.org, since I'm looking for an author for a particular book project.
ETA (gotta love that acronym): You can find the lovely Mary Robinette Kowal's Readercon report links in the comments of this post. Mary currently makes her home part of the year in Iceland, where she works as a puppeteer for the show Lazy Town. She's a talented writer, works for the magazine, Shimmer, and does damn funny broken puppet imitations. =)
