Slice, Dice, and Grind

Why I need a Wii

It calls to me... (so completely unrelated to agenting, but oh my, a cooking game. Virtual Iron Chef-mode!)

ETA: Fixed the extra comma that snuck into the post title. =)

We own the Wii. It truly is a blast. I love the tennis and bowling. *g*

I want one because it offers such great exercise. I think that's why they made it. The inventors said, "We'll make a video game to get these fat-as*!# Americans off the couch!"

I decline comment. I have no authority or experience here.

;)

Good luck finding that Wii, though.

2 PS2's, 1 PSP, 1 Xbox, 2 Xbox 360s... and a subscription to WoW do not seem to satisfy my husband. I can't tell you how many times he's mentioned the "we need a wii" recently...

Really, I think 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 10 don't need that many gaming consoles.

rashenbo: I just have to ask- why exactly does your husband have 2 PS2s and 2 360s? What's the other one...a backup?

rashenbo,

Best thing about the wii is that it uses more than your thumbs and it's hard to play it sitting down. My daughter's pants fit looser the first week we had it.

Worst thing about it: replacing the TV after the remote goes flying out of someone's hand. Hasn't happened to us yet, but two kids in our neighborhood have broken stuff like that.
