Pardon my ignorance, but what is a "nice deal"? Both of these are referred to as nice deals, so I assume that's not some way of saying good job but has an actual publishing world meaning? Thanks! and congratulations!

Lorin, it's terminology from Publisher's Marketplace and the key is as follows:
"nice deal" $1 - $49,000 "significant deal" $251,000 - $499,000
"very nice deal" $50,000 - $99,000 "major deal" $500,000 and up
"good deal" $100,000 - $250,000
Copy and pasting screwed that up... but it is between $1000-49000 in advance money.
